Dr. Amy Enkler

Dr. Enkler has been a resident of the Hudson Valley for over 25 years. She joined our team in April of 2026. Before pursuing her veterinary degree, Dr. Enkler worked as an equine veterinary technician for five years. She attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, and completed her clinical training at North Carolina State University. She graduated with high honors in 2012. In 2013, Dr. Enkler completed an internship at Flannery Animal Hospital, and has since worked in progressive animal hospitals.

Her thirteen years of experience consists of a broad range, such as emergency medicine, shelter medicine, surgery, relief work, and mobile ultrasonography. She enjoys developing long-lasting client/ patient relationships, and educating clients so they can be active parts in their pet’s care.

Outside of her work, Dr. Enkler enjoys travelling, horseback riding, skiing, camping, and spending time with her family.
